*Overall satisfaction description

 In this survey, the score of residents’ overall satisfaction is 83.6, a 14.6% reduction compared with the previous year (2016). A significant score drop is found when compared with the last three years. The satisfaction levels of all the items have dropped, among which the item “Healthcare Services” dropped the most (16%).
 The method for calculating the overall satisfaction in the current year is based on the degree of satisfaction on a scale of 1-5. If no answer or an indication of not using the services and facilities is given, the score will not be included so as to match satisfaction scores with actual services.
