How does your center prepare senior diets?
The types of diets available to the center include: general diet, soft diet, semi-liquid diet, diabetes diet, general tube feeding, therapeutic feeding and vegetarian diet, etc. The contents of the diets include 3 dishes and 1 soup per meal; soy (rice) milk and steamed buns are offered for breakfasts; fruits are also served during lunchtimes; night snacks are also offered during evenings. A happy meal is served at least once a week, as well as monthly happy snacks and pork hock misua for birthday celebrations. Our menus are rich, diverse and in-season; they are prescribed by professional dietitians to complement flavor and health.
