Are there any discounts to care costs for senior applicants with medium-low incomes?
If a senior applicant with medium-low income meets the criteria for moderate and severe disabilities (a certificate of family support assessment is required and the qualification will be checked by the county or city government making the referral), he/she will be regarded as having recourse to public funds; their care costs shall be borne by the government. If he/she is slightly disabled, he/she will be charged in accordance with the fee standards for self-pay seniors.
