The Changhua nursing home, M.O.H.W. was established on July 1 1989, and sanctioned by Taiwan Provincial government mandate in order to promote the elder welfare.
The old name of this institute was called Taiwan Provincial Changhua nursing home. Due to the government’s policy, the governmental organizations were reduced in 1999, the institute’s name and organization was revised and changed to be supervised by The Ministry of Interior. The official name is called “The Changhua nursing home, M.O.H.W.” now.
According to the policy, regulations and laws, The Changhua nursing home accommodates and takes care of the senior citizens who require assisted living in daily live. The main objective of this institute lies in solving the senior care problem and serving to bridge family, social and economic issues arisen from senior citizens suffering from stroke or paralysis.
